RADIANT LOGISTICS BOOSTS SERVICE TO SHIPPERS WITH CROWN DATA SYSTEMS

Buffalo, NY – February 25, 2010 – Radiant Logistics has aligned with Crown Data Systems to leverage the company’s ability to receive electronic shipment tracking information from domestic trucking partners. Through Radiant’s trucking partners using Crown’s dispatch software, shipment statuses are immediately sent to Radiant’s computer systems.
Shipment data populates Radiant’s global tracking system in near real-time, since many Crown users are providing their drivers with Crown’s 2-way data solution through Nextel. Without EDI interfaces, the traditional industry method of phone calls, faxes and emails to track shipments was the norm.
